The Turks Head Building
Providence, R.I.
Weisman replaced the heavily trafficked, v-shaped 16th-floor roof
with white reflective modified bitumen. This included the inside
of the surrounding parapet walls and the roof walkways. |

The Moses Brown School
Providence, R.I.
On this fast-track new construction project, Weisman applied multiple
roofing systems including a colored PVC single-ply membrane system,
a slate and copper section, and a modified bitumen roofing system.
The project also involved specialty metal work. |

Federal Reserve Building
Providence, RI
Weisman removed multiple roofing systems and installed a new modified
bitumen roofing system while this office tower was fully occupied.
All demolition debris and new roofing system materials had to
be transported to and from the 13th-floor roof through an existing
internal elevator and two stories of stairways. |

Methodist High Rise
East Providence, RI
On this fully occupied apartment dwelling, multiple roofing systems
were removed by Weisman, and a new tar and gravel roofing system
was installed. The installation required pumping hot asphalt to
the 120-foot roof elevation. |

Meshanticut Vista
Cranston, R.I.
The existing roofing system on this high-rise, fully-occupied
elderly residence was removed and replaced by Weisman with a
20-year manufacturer's warranteed tar and gravel roof system.

The Foundry Complex
Providence, R.I.
Weisman continues a process of re-roofing in phases on multiple
levels totaling 175,000 sq. ft. to date at this older industrial
complex. Access to some sections of the roof is very difficult.
Modified bitumen and tar and gravel built-up roofing systems are
the re-roofing systems of choice. Weisman has removed multiple
roofing systems including many coal-tar-pitch assemblies. |

Showcase Cinemas
Several Locations
Weisman Roofing has had a productive "partnership" with
this corporate client since 1976. Depending on the requirements
of the particular theatre structure, Weisman has applied tar and
gravel built-up roofing, fully-adhered and ballasted EPDM, and
modified bitumen systems to cinema locations in Massachusetts,
Rhode Island and Connecticut. |

Roger Williams Zoo
Education Center
Providence, R.I.
For this unique structure, the institutional client wanted a metal
roof, but the budget was not sufficient for that specification.
Weisman value engineered a comparable roofing system solution
providing metal roof appearance and quality. The comparable solution
consisted of a colored PVC roofing system with colored PVC coated
battens to give the appearance of a batten seam metal roof. |

Keaney Gym
University of Rhode Island
Kingston, R.I.
This project was a renovation completed under intense time constraints.
Weisman Roofing served as the prime contractor supervising multiple
trades. In addition to re-roofing the structure, Weisman supervised
the installation of new ventilation ducts and outlets, exhaust
and fire alarm electrical connections and roof top drainage outlets.
Weisman removed the existing roof system and installed a 20-year
modified bitumen roofing system on several levels and all with
new specialty custom copper work. The project also required the
continuous protection of a new gym floor which had been installed
prior to Weisman's arrival on the job site. |

Teknor Apex

Weisman Roofing has worked with this industrial complex to develop
a program of reroofing to replace this older structure's roofing
system section by section over time. The work has included saw
tooth shingle roofs using shingles with PDM, tar and gravel built-up
roofs, thermo-welded modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems. |

Ross-Simons
Several Locations
Weisman Roofing has worked with this corporate client recommending
solutions and providing value-engineered alternatives based on
a particular structure's requirements and the local building code,
and negotiating final plans with the owner's general contractor.
Pictured is the Ross Simons distribution center. Weisman has also
removed and replaced roofing systems on Ross Simons retail stores
and annex buildings. |

Fleet Tower
Providence, R.I.
Weisman removed multiple roofing systems and installed a PVC roofing
system and concrete pavers rated at 2500 psi over a protection
mat. All materials had to be delivered and debris removed through
a freight elevator and two floors of stairs to and from the rooftop.
The project was completed while the building was fully occupied. |

Bio-Science Center
Kingston, R.I.
Weisman Roofing removed the existing roofing system from this
relatively steep pitched roof . Weisman then installed a 2X6 wooden
grid system over the slope of the roof, then in-filled insulation
in the grid sections and secured a CertainTeed built-up modified
bitumen roofing system with a 20-year warranty to the grid system.

Brooks Drug Store
Providence, R.I.
Weisman installed a fully-adhered Firestone EPDM roofing system
on this newly constructed retail store. Weisman matched all metal
flashings and counter-flashings to the ATAS aluminum metal roof
panel assembly including signage fascia metal panels that matched
the metal roof color. Weisman installed a metal roof canopy and
covered walkway in the rest of the shopping center using Atas
aluminum metal roofing. |

Our Lady of Providence Center

Warwick, R.I.
Weisman performed slate repairs and historically correct custom
copper work on the exterior of this Rhode Island landmark. PVC
low slope roofing and elastomeric coatings were applied to some
roof sections. |

Spring Hill Suites
Warwick, R.I.
As part of this structure's renovation, Weisman Roofing removed
the existing shingle roof and installed new architectural shingles.
Teal-colored metal panels were also removed and copper-colored
Kynar coated aluminum panels were installed in their place at
the entrance and at various locations around the structure. |

Pizzeria Uno Chicago Bar
& Grill

A roofing system that could resist animal fats exhausted from
rooftop kitchen vents was needed on this newly constructed restaurant.
Weisman Roofing installed a fully adhered, GAF single-ply TPO
membrane roofing system which included covering the inside of
the parapet walls on the roof's perimeter. |
