year
• All field personnel are required to take a 10 hour OSHA safety
course
• New employees undergo safety training before being allowed
on a roof
• CPR and First Aid training
• Every roofing project is set-up to comply with OSHA safety
requirements
• Safety training courses provided by the National, the Northeast
and the Rhode Island Roofing Contractors Associations which cover
equipment, ergonomics, and the safe use of electricity on the job
site
• Operators of Weisman commercial vehicles possess commercial
driving licenses
